My son is 10 and at least 3 times a week he feels so lousy he curls up on the couch with nausea sometimes accompanied with a headache and once in a while throws up. His pediatrician had all the standard blood and stool tests and they came back normal. The lactose intolerance test came back normal too. The gastrointestinal specialist pooh-poohs it and said he should take benefibre and activia. His ailment isn't normal. There's no kid I know or anyone in the family with this frequent miserable nausea.
