I have terrible bloating in my stomach which is makinmg my life miserable. I have had this systom for a few years now. I have had lots of tests done by my doctor but all was clear. Lately I went to have another food intolerance test done but this time in a health shop. The girl said I had a food intolerance to cows milk (not cheese or yogurt??) pork and bran. Are these tests to be trusted and why did this not show up from my blood test at the doctors? Have elimatinated these things from my diet for only 3 days now and last night had the most terrible time with gas in my stomach and couldn't sleep. I would do anything to rectify this problem, can anyone help?
