appendicitis related to adrenal fatigue?

I have a lot of symptons of adrenal fatigue, however, I am being told to treat my condition as celiac.  I had an appendecomy suddenly in June and am now wondering if all of my symptons are being caused, not by gluten, but by adrenal fatigue and if this could have caused my appendics to infect?
