Diet and Exercise are the two main keys in losing weight. You could also try juice fasting while dieting. No cafeine of drinks that are high in frutose corn syrup. this causes sugar to stay in your body longer, making it hard for you to shed those excess pounds. Good Luck

Hi Diets in Review,

It's almost time for those dreaded New Year's resolutions.

Soon enough there will be a new crop of celebrity diet books urging us to eat like "french bitches" or "low-carb vegetarians"

I would like to suggest that with all of the great health & fitness bloggers here at Wellsphere, we have an opportunity to work together to promote our own little individual corner of the blogosphere.

I am going to contact all of my friends here at Wellsphere with this suggestion and see what happens.

Currently I receive between 500 and 1200 hits per day at my blog - Health Habits

I think that quite a few of my readers would be interested in your point of view...I like it, so i am pretty sure they will as well.
