My next weight loss appointment (and should be my fifth month) is after school tomorrow and it is getting to me.
My scale does show I've lost weight. Not much.
I'm still having problems eliminating my evening -- mostly protein meal. For one, it is just way too big.
On the good news front, I was able to walk on the treadmill last night. 5 minutes and I had to split it up 4 ways but I did get it done. Tonight and tomorrow may be difficult since I have after school things each day (today is curriculum writing, tomorrow the appointment).
Other good news -- insulin TDD is down to an average of right around 100 -- great since it was right around 150.
