..... does a patient get upset when she calls to ask for a refill on two prescriptions and is told we will only approve a 30 day supply because she is already 5 months late for her "next routine visit"?

Does she expect us to provide these prescription medications ad infinitum without giving us the opportunity to monitor how effective they have been?

Can't you just see the lawyers rubbing their hands together?
