What are the causes of tingling and cramping of the right arm?

That's a pretty long list.  Nerve damage is pretty obvious, typically from the neck.  Of course, if you injured your arm, that's where I'd look for the nerve damage.  Some vitamin deficiencies can do this.  Poor blood flow, too.  Diabetes typically affects the feet before it affects the arm.  Complications of infections, like shingles, can do this.  Some medications, especially when coming off SSRIs, can do this, too.  Best to chat w/your family physician.

I certainly appreciate your response and I agree, because I recently started experiencing numbness and tingling in my both my feet and it usually last for a day or two, goes and come, also my left arm is growing weak and numb. At times my nerves ache all over my body and I tend to feel like I am loosing my mind the only way for me to get relief is to try and sleep. I have made an appointment to see my doctor. Thanks again.
