I'm 47 years old and my height is 6'1, weight is 270. I just joined a gym and I'd like to lose 55 lbs within 7 months. I plan to exercise 6 days a week and burn off 450 calories a day.
Even though I'd burn off 450 calories a day from exercise, I'd like to combine my diet also to maximize my weight loss. At my age, height and weight how many calories do I need to deduct to have effective weight loss?
I also plan to monitor my medicine since I will be losing weight because I certainly don't want to hypo on my insulin and glipzide.
