WaveSense Jazz glucose meter

Posted Mar 03 2009 2:49pm

I was sent a WaveSense Jazz glucose meter and I like it.  It was well packaged and came with 20 strips.   I would definately consider using it if I wasn't using the One-Touch Ping.

There are two really good benefits to the Jazz -- size, it is truly one of the smallest meters on the market, and no coding. I don't have any problems with coding but then I'm a technology junkie and can see where it can be a problem to a less sophiscated user.

It is certainly comparable in size and convenience to my favorite meter -- the Accu-Check Compact plus.  Similar size once you pack everything up.

If you are interested in this meter, the WaveSense Jazz meter is available exclusively at http://www.diabeticcareservices.com/ and http://www.diabeticexpress.com/.
