Something Else To Do At The Mayo Clinic?

A 90 year old couple (married 62 years) found something else to do in the Mayo Clinic atrium.
Now, the big question. Will they get some positive adjustment to their
QALY score
if anything resembling "Obama-Care" is adopted?
