Shoulder

Posted Mar 06 2009 2:38pm

My shoulder has become a lot like my knee.  I know it's there but most of the time I can tolerate the pain.  The chiropractor has helped, though at first I thought not. This week, I came in aching, he did the adjustment first and it stopped hurting.  I will say any kind of massage helps it too.

I am really hoping that a lot of the pain will go away when I lose weight.  I'm certain it will help the knee.

I did get some "outside" food tonight -- had a massage appointment and a tad low when I was done so stopped at a local Mexican fast food restaurant and got grilled chicken and tortilla soup.  I tossed the tortillas though.

I let Diet Gourmet know what was going on when I picked put food this weekend and they are hopeful for me.  Husband will still be eating food there, and I'll taper off this month, and pick back up once I'm healed.
