My wife and I have started a new nonprofit 501(c)(3) called Feeding the People. We deliver meals to low-income diabetics in Baltimore. We would like to give our clients glucometers that will automatically send us their monitoring data via phone or Internet. Can anyone recommend a good glucometer that can do this?
