Just simply relaxing brings you into harmony with yourself. When you’re in a relaxed state of mind, your body naturally and automatically begins to heal itself. I love listening to the sound of ocean waves. It's very relaxing and peaceful to me, and puts me in tune with my body and my natural healing abilities.
