my A1c was 6.2%. I eat a handfull of raisins a day. I am 67 and workout. I'm 5'10 and 153 lbs. Should I stop eating the raisins?

I do not eat sweets to any extent. My chlorestrol is 177 with HDL of 76 and LDL 84. I'm upset about the reading
