My goal is to lose 10 lbs and keep active to control my diabetes. It's so hard, I was doing good and lost about 25 lbs but then didn't have time to workout as much and gains back 7 lbs. I need to lose 10 more lbs and keep excercising everyday. Time managment is so hard, and taking care of my health is even hard when I LOVE to eat sweets.
