eye floaters & muscle twitching & joint pain & painful calves on waking

Hi, I have been having eye floaters for the past 4 or 5 weeks, painful calves on waking as well as muscle twitching and joint pain (3 years). Any suggestions? Diabetes 2? Am carrying extra weight around middle.
