caloric ratio

i am 5'6'  200lbs male type 2 diabetic. i exercise lightly 5 days per week.

i wanted to know how many calories per day i should take in to loose weight gradually but more important what ratio of carbs to fats to protein are reccommended. please help     thanks joeb
