WebMD has a little write-up about apple cider vinegar www.webmd.com/diet/apple-cider-vinegar. There are some caveats to drinking apple cider vinegar regardless of whether you have diabetes or not. For instance, it's acidic (obviously), can affect your potassium levels, thin your bones, and affect/alter some medications. More importantly, try to eat ow glycemic, Mediterranean diet-type meals, get & remain physically active, and take your medications as directed by your physician in order to optimally manage your diabetes. Good luck!
