Did I have to even look to see it happened in San Francisco?
Being an insulin-dependent diabetic can be considered a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act, a federal appeals court ruled.
I have no comment at this time. What can I say when I've spent twenty years working as hard as I can to encourage, and show, hundreds of patients that diabetes should not be considerd to be a disability ... unless they allow it to be.
