Winter Fruit Salad - 23g Carbs, 3g Fiber

Preparation time: 10 minutes

2 tangelos, peeled, pitted and sectioned
1/2 pineapple, cored and cut into chunks
1 medium banana, sliced
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 tsp chopped, fresh mint

1. Mix the fruit in a bowl.

2. Sprinkle with the orange juice and chopped mint.
