what are the danger signs(stroke, heart failure,etc.) to look for in someone who has diabetes and uses cocaine?

whats the worst case senario for someone with diabetes regularly using cocaine? what signs should i look for in case of stroke,or other things that could happen to him? I think he put himself into a cocaine induced coma two nights ago.
