So how did we all do on last week’s goals? What were our successes and what were our problems? How did we reward ourselves? What changes are we going to make to our goals?

In writing your action plan, be sure it includes

what you are going to do,
how much you are going to do,
when you are going to do it, and
how many days a week you are going to do it.
