A 49 year old male type 1 diabetic insulin bd for 5years has developed underarm warts extensive,seems to be spreading.No pain, glands ,itch.Recently used an over the counter treatment called wart magic contains Podophyllin 0,75g.Salicylic Acid 0,5g,Tinct Benzco.to 5ml.This has caused pain,induration and inflamation.
What is the cause of the warts ? Is it diabetes related.Should he see a dermatologist,can it be cured.
