I am a "gramma" who has a wonderful husband who also needs to loose weight.  If only we can do it together will help!  I love cooking which doesn't help the matter.  I also love to have company over!   I enjoy scrapbooking, making cards, sewing, and of course babysitting our two little grandsons.  I have lost weight several other times in my life.  At this time I am at my heaviest.  I have knee troubles which makes it hard for me to exercise...
