tattoo removal

hi am 26. i have recently had a full sleeve tattoo in black and grey and very unhappy about the result. the tattoist hs really messed my arm up. i wont leave the house anymore. i feel unhappy and depressed. i dont want to be wearin long sleeves for the rest of my life. even thought about endin my life. plz help...
