Mental Health Report For December

Tomorrow is my monthly check up which I really do not need other then to pick up the prescription form for the upcoming month and the four weeks of Cymbalta. Anyway here is the monthly report MEDICATION 60mg Cymbalta 150mg Effexor 400mg Seroquel (100mg 4 time a day) 30mg Temazapam WEIGHT I have no idea what my actual weight is but it is lower then it was a month ago. I exercise every second
