I found another great article from the Huffington Post, “ The last diet you will ever need “.   As I was reading this article, I was agreeing with everything he said but wondered if he wasn’t sounding a little desperate which might turn some people off from really getting the message.  He was shouting from the mountain tops! ¡Viva la Revolución! It seemed a bit over the top.  Then I read the following sentance, “What you put at the end of your fork is more powerful than anything you will ever find at the bottom of a prescription bottle.”  Then it hit me; this is a desperate situation.  I can open my cabinents and take a long look at the meds I’ve been taking for a long time.  They don’t fix me.   They won’t fix America.
