Hi Jen,
I know it's been a while since you posted your question and I hope you have found a cause by now from your doctor. When anything suddenly changes or slowly changes to become abnormal it's always worth looking to see if anything has recently changed in your life which could be contributing towards it. For example, have you started a new medication or has something happened that's making you feel low. I hope by now you have an answer to your original question and are feeling better.
Take care and all the best :)

For past few weeks I have had cloudy (sometimes brown) strong smelling urine. I have had several UTI's in the past and am not currently having any symptoms of one. Decreased urination, sometimes only once a day. Extreme fatigue, and sleeping for long periods of time. Sometimes for almost 24 hours at a time. Depression, loss of any desire to even get off my couch. Dizziness when I stand, loss of appetite, nausea. Breath smells foul even right after brushing teeth.
