is there anything someone who is withdrawing from cymbalta can take for symptoms?

my husband recently lost his coverage of cymbalta due to insurance formulary changes. He is experiencing many side effects, mood swings, anger, heart palpitations, anxiety and panic attacks, and more. Please help us we cant get our doctor to re prescripe anything that he suggested from our formulary and my husband is withdrawing cold turkey. I hid our gun btw.
