i need to know the czuse of numbness in my legs and arms and left side, it pains a lot,

last night when i tried to stand i could nto feel like feet to teh floor, and then after some tie, i had cramps and it was fine.bt since today morning i am feeling weekness and cant stand for long.  i hv been getting headache as well daily. also my left side keep getting numb as well as my hands keep getting numb and hurts after a while.  i just needed to know wht could be the possible cause for all this systoms.
