Hi JoAnn,

Gluten free diets are definitely becoming more popular for bloating and people who find they have a lot of gas inside them. It is used a lot in people who suffer from celiac disease and irritable bowel syndrome. To follow a gluten free diet you have to cut out all wheat, barley, rye and oats which are commonly found in soups, ready meals, crisps, and processed meats. From what I have read online it seems that a gluten free diet could be really helpful for your bloating problem; my advice would be that it's worth a try, if it doesn't help after a few weeks then you can look at other avenues that could help you.

All the best and take care :)
