The details to your fairy tale wedding are complete but it looks like someone has gained a few extra pounds during the process and whether or not that perfect wedding dress will fit is now in question. The positive news is that there are a few ways to erase those extra pounds over the next couple weeks that will not turn your hair gray. The first thing to do is take a long hard look at your diet and make a list of all items that are not exactly calorie friendly and need to be hidden for the next month. A simple task to do is substitute water for soda does not seem like a big deal but each glass of pop is worth a couple of hundred calories. As we are on a limited time schedule I would suggest to avoid restaurants for the next few weeks as we need to know exactly how many calories you are consuming. At the end of the day in order to lose weight we need the calories that we burned off to be at a higher number than the calories that were consumed and the most effective way to do this is through exercise. This home program can be completed in under thirty minutes and that includes a warm up and cooling down segment. The high intensity exercise program looks like this
Warm-up for 3-4 minutes at a fast walk or light jog, Interval 1 - run at 8.0 mi/hr for 1 minute,Interval 2 - walk at 4.0 mi/hr for 1.5 minutes, Interval 3 - run at 10.0 mi/hr for 1 minute, Interval 4 - walk at 4.0 mi/hr for 1.5 minutes

Running is used in the example but if you are like me with knees that just do not work like they are suppose to anymore running can be substituted by any form of exercise that you can run at full pace such as cycling, rowing or even the boxing training program on the Nintendo Wii. This program is designed to bring in fast results. Try to get in at the minimum three workouts per week.

A problem that people who are trying to lose weight soon run into is that their individual diet plan is just too complicated to work. By keeping everything nice and simple it will be easier to follow and in the end you will lose that extra weight and look great at your wedding.
