Hello! If you go to www.rxlist.com, and type in your medicine, you should be able to find the list of side effects for your medicine. Citalopram HBR is Celexa. From what I read on the rxlist website, I didn't see anything associated with hair loss. You might want to talk to your doctor about that as might be something else, or it might be related to that medicine.
