Exercise Is Hazardous To Your Health

Well maybe not to your health but it seems to be to mine. I workout normally every second day using a combination of body weigh exercises plus a couple with a Pilate band. So I am pretty much done the workout for the day and all that is left is seated rows with the Pilate band. About the eighth rep I had this feeling that something was not quite right then before I knew that damn band snapped.
