Oh god. I feel like I've been hit by a bus. My edges are all fuzzy and my head is full of cotton wool.
I went back to bed after the last post and only just got up again.
I have stuff to do. I hope I can drive... On any other day I wouldn't, but I really need stuff from the shops before I go to hospital tomorrow, and later I need to take Isa to mum's.
Not sure what to do.
I've taken my tablets and I'm going to eat something. Maybe that will help.
I'll wait an hour and see how I feel.
I'm thinking that if I go back to bed I'll just wake up worse again.
Maybe the best thing is just to get going...
