Content Policy

Posted Feb 14 2012 8:53am
I was reading one of my favorite bipolar blogs, Bipolar Burble, and she brought up an excellent point in her post Reader Discretion is Not Advised ...."You’re an adult. You are going to see and hear things you don’t like. You need to deal with that." I understand that may sound harsh to some of you, but if you think about it, it makes sense. If you see something you think you may not like, don't read it. You'll generally be able to tell by the title that it may not be something you want to read.

Frankly, I'm tired of starting my posts with a warning, I feel it takes away from the post. I'd like to be able to just get to the point. You've already agreed that you understand there may be adult content of some kind just to get to my blog, now I've also posted a general content warning in the sidebar.

As I stated in the sidebar, if you have any questions, concerns, or comments about this policy use the contact form or comment here.

Thanks for reading!
