I have a family member who specialist gave him a prescription steriod and will not take him off. He has been on them for nine months. The family dr states the symptoms currently or due to the steriods. Symptoms: left and right legs numb and can not walk now. Left arm just went numb. Face is extremely swollen. Can steroids cause these symptoms. Also please direct me to a article referring if this is the case.
