During my time of major depression, I enlisted the services of a nutritionist to help me with my loss of appetite. What I learned from her not only helped while I recovered, it also has carried over into my bold new life.
In order to live a truly healthy life, we have to build a solid foundation. Whatever is placed on a weak foundation, like sand, will ultimately start to crumble and ultimately collapse. However, whatever is buold on a strong foundation, like rock or concrete, should last for a long, log time.
10 essentials for living have been shared with me. Some of you may be aware of these essentials; some of you may not.
I think learning about these essentials is a great place to start for those of us who want to break the chains of unhealthy living. Over the next few weeks, I am going to take each one of these essentials and examine them so you and I can gain a good understanding as to how we can apply them to our lives.
I’m on this ride with you. I have been negligent, but like you, am ready to start the journey and experience wellness.
Without further ado, I give all of us the essentials, placed in the three aspects of our lives: Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual.
