I have a single, huge, white bump directly on my upper lip. At first, I thought it was a cold sore, but it doesn't fit the description. It doesn't tingle or burn; it's just hurts when touched (which I've been avoiding doing) and has caused my upper lip to swell. What is it and how do I get rid of it?
