What is causing my numbness and tingling from waist to feet

I have been getting root canal treatment and my dentist perscribed penicillin vk i didnt even finish them due to the fact that i thought i had gotten an allergic reaction cause my from my waist to my feet i have been feeling numbness and tingling feeling it has been 3 weeks now what can it be
