what are the causes of loose denture

Your denture HAS NOT CHANGED since your dentist gave it to you.  Your gums supporting the denture change a little bit every day.  Eventually they just don't fit any more because you cannot stop your body from aging (but, let me know if you DO locate the Fountain of Youth).  The dentures need to be refitted or remade. using too much adhesive is very dangerous:
