The Tonsils excrete small cheesy-like clumps of expended lymph and white blood cells and toxic materials they filter from our bodies.  It is a sign that your immune system is doing what it is supposed to do--and nothing to worry about.
I had these once. My ENT told my I had kryptic tonsils, meaning that they have alot of deep ridges in them. So when you eat food,  small pieces can get stuck in them and fester there. It was solved by simply gargling mouth wash, you can actually even reach back and scratch them off. Hope this helps.
