My upper lip is swollen on the right side, and inside are 2 white lesions. Have had this for 5 days

I have tried swishing with baking soda, salt, and Peroxyl...no relief. Yesterday I started taking L-Lysine twice a day, and extra Folic acid. The outside of my lip has gone down VERY slightly, but more sores have come inside.
