My 7 yr old granddaughter's teeth are very white on the ends. Could this be from daily use of Miralax as prescribed by her doct

She has been diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction and has experienced many episodes of UTI's.  She usually has the Miralax mixed into G-2 almost daily.  She's also been on antibiotics frequently for the infections.  Her teeth are actually 2 toned with the pure white on the tips and some streaks.  The rest of the teeth are normal color.
