i have a raised lump or growth on my gum over the front tooth. It has been there for some time and I thought I scraped my gum opening a bottle but now it seems to affecting the nerve or stem/root of my tooth when I bite into certain textures. I would like to know what it may be and how to treat it. Thank you!
