is there anything that can be painted on my sons teeth to protect them he has weak enamel he is 7 and already had to have 2 adul

im worried about my 7 year old teeth in 4 months he has had to have 2 adult molars out under sedation because of decay even though he doesnt have a bad diet. his front teeth have come through with white spots on them.  i belive there is a procedure that a paint is painted on tthe teeth to protect them please adcvice as my dentist isnt much help
