I think my dentist might be trying to get money out of me for a filling - do I get it done anyway or ask a second opinion? When

I am 20 and I have always had excellent teeth that were fissure sealed when I was young, I went to a new dentist yesterday and she told me I needed a filling because I have a cavity - when I look I can see a small hole (pinhead sized), but I don't know if it does need filling or if she would just like the money.
