i think i've had an infection for a long time...and it's getting worse. what does this sound like? see details below

started with mouth sore. dentist said i needed a root canal.  made no difference (i don't think i ever needed a root canal), gums receding. teeth loose. discomfort and numbness in jaw and nose. headaches. this is all on my right
