I think i have oral Cancer. Can someone PLEASE help me with some questions

My lips, my tongue, jaw line and chin feel so odd. I really don't know how to decribe it.Where i had teeth taken out yrs ago i have white spots on my gums where my teeth should be. I'm sure it's oral cancer
