i have tiny lil red bumps on tip of my tongue. I had a recent fever of 101.9. what could be worng

Had a fever of 101.9 2 days ago. Now I have tiny little red bumps on tip of my tongue that are a bit sensitive. Do you know what could be the cause? ANd how how to treat?
